Washington (CNN) -- The family of a man who fought alongside U.S. troops in Vietnam have been told their relative will not be allowed to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

  1. Usually I would be sympathetic to a cause such as this, but there are simply things that should not be done. For example, Arlington National Cemetery is the sacred burial and final resting place for American soldiers. If we let this guy in, not saying that his cause wasn't honorable, it would begin a slippery slope. In fact, this is something good to bring to the discussion on Friday. Nice post.
